Breakfast buffet and delicious 3-course evening menu with fresh and regional products.

- For stays during less than 2 nights we add 10.00 € a day and per person
- Reduction for children:
Per day with breakfast: 0 to 3 years: gratis | 4 to 12 years: 35.00 € - Local tourist tax: 3.20 €
- Arrival: from 3 pm; departure: by 9 am
- 1 sauna towel included, 1.50 € per towel if changed
- Final cleaning: 40.00 € | On request, we will clean the apartment during your stay and change the bed linen: 15.00 € per cleaning (without the kitchenette).
- Pets: We charge 10.00 € per day for your four-legged friends
- The booking is considered binding upon receipt of the deposit fee of 200 € per week and sending of the booking confirmation.
- We only accept bookings in written form.

- There is no right of withdrawal in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, but we still grant you the following cancellation conditions:
- Up to 90 days before the start of your stay, we do not charge a cancellation fee, only the deposit is retained.
- For cancellations up to 30 days before the start of your stay at the latest, we charge 50% of the agreed total price.
- For cancellations less than 30 days before the start of your stay, in the event of a no-show or early departure, we charge the full price of the stay.
- We therefore ask you to inform us in good time if you are unable to start your vacation.

- Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
- The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info
- The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
